Currently, Hytale is slated for release in '2023 at the earliest' which was set as the latest release target in Hytales summer 2021 development update blog post. And at least produce a release date for the BETA. Hytale has had a few release dates, or rather release targets, and it has continuously been pushed back.
The development update details how they've had to adapt to meet the level of expectation.
